Attorney Tyson J. Lynch strives to provide the best legal experience to his clients. He acknowledges that in these economic times cost effective legal representation is ideal.Tyson J. Lynch, was born in Barbados and emigrated to Salem, MA as a child. He is a graduate of Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School. Since gaining admittance the Massachusetts state bar in 2007, Attorney Lynch has had a range of experiences with corporations, municipalities, and state government that will serve in his successful legal representation of individuals, families, business, and other organizations.Most recently, Attorney Lynch has gained significant experience working as a Hearing Examiner for Commonwealth of Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board (SORB). While at the SORB he gained substantial experience in administrative law in his role as the presiding officer in SORB classification hearings conducted throughout the Massachusetts.Prior to his employment with the SORB, Attorney Lynch gained experience in in corporate and municipal environments. As an Attorney Consultant with NameMedia, Inc., a technology company specializing in the sale of Internet domains, Attorney Lynch gained corporate experience. There, he utilized his knowledge of intellectual property in performing domestic and international trademark searches and determined whether NameMedia’s intellectual property portfolio complied with domestic and international laws.In this capacity with the City of Salem, he researched, developed, and drafted model rules, regulations, and standards for the issuance of licenses for the Salem Licensing Board. Additionally, he drafted and reviewed other legal documents for the City Solicitor.While in law school, Attorney Lynch successfully appealed to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in his representation of an indigent minor in an appeal for Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Moreover, he successfully appealed an denial by the Social Security Administration for SSI and Supplemental Security Disability Income (SSDI) for an indigent disabled client before an Administrative Judge. Attorney Lynch volunteers his legal services with the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association.Outside of the legal arena, Attorney Lynch is also a licensed real estate broker within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He also volunteers with the Tufts Alumni Admissions Program in interviewing prospective candidates for admission to Tufts University.
