Tyrone is a joke and was trying to force me to take 4.5 years for something I did not do and told me he was not going to try for any lower..many time's he said he was going to show up at the jail to talk to me and never showed up. This man should not be an attorney

i might as well have been appointed a deaf /mute as my litigator...when he does show up its late...has spoken a total of about 15 words to me and trial is days away. he knows nothing about my case and the truth is he doesnt care what happens to you and he wont even try. im firing him at my next court appearance even if it means representing myself . the state could train monkeys to do this job and get better results than this guy

Tyrone had no competence fighting my case at all, or he just did not want to. He never returned mine or my familys calls, and never even visited me in jail. And I was in jail for seven (yes 7) months before i even saw a plea or had any idea of what i can expect. He was always late to court and never knew anything about my case it seems like. Thanks to his efforts i ended up loosing my home, my car, and everything i ever owned. I cant blame him for this entirely, but i firmly believe that i should have gotten a better lawyer before it was too late. He just did not care.

my daughter in law has him for an attorney, he NEVER goes to jail to see her on any matter, she has been trying to get a notary for 3 months, when I just found out he can be used as a notary, when she calls only see's him at court, he never returns anyone's calls, I have had to reach him regarding custody of her 2 children, I have called 6 times, having to leave messages and he does not return any calls. My daughter in laws grandparents have tried to reach him, he does not return their calls. He is worthless as far as I can see.

Tyrone worked on my husband's post conviction relief. Neither me nor my husband could get Tyrone to answer and email or letter. To-date, we have no idea where my husband's PCR lays. I consider this conduct entirely unethical -he has left us completely in the dark on this huge issue. We can only assume he has done nothing. Tyrone was court appointed.

Then my first plea was not brought to me till the night before trial and was outrageous as he tried to convince me to take it. The worst thing is i asked him to get a continuance so i could get a paid attorney and he did not fight for this and made me go with him. Then he refused to argue for me at sentencing.In my opionion Tyrone refusd to do his job because he was not getting paid.
