My journey with Tymon started on April 27, 2018, when I desperately needed quick legal advice on a Beneficiary Deed and probate estate. I was told by Jasper County appraisal district that a Beneficiary Deed for Carthage real estate in my name was not valid because of a date error. I contacted Tymon and he agreed there was a legal date problem with the deed, which meant I owned nothing. However, Tymon stated I think you may still legally own the property and I can research this for you if you want. The legal investment was minimal compared to the potential gain. At this point, I committed to have Tymon legally represent me. Three months later Tymon pleaded to the court they I legally owned the property - I will not explain the complex details. To my surprise, I was awarded 100% ownership of the property. The property was subsequently sold for $300,000. During this journey, I felt Tymon's consulting charges were fare - no overbilling. Also, I was continually amazed with Tymon's knowledge of the law and his willingness to admit when he did not know the answer but would perform research. This was an extremely unusual and complicated case involving probate and deeds.
