T. Brent Gammon became a partner at the law firm of Daniel, Medley & Kirby, P.C. on June 1, 2015.  Our firm has locations in both Danville and Martinsville Virginia.  The firm consists of 6 lawyers and is true "full service" law firm. My practice currently focuses on several areas of law, including:  workers compensation, civil litigation, debt collection, traffic defense, and domestic relations (divorce & child custody & adoption).  I practice in the City of Danville, Pittsylvania County, the City of Martinsville, Henry County, Halifax County, and throughout southside Virginia.By way of background, I graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007.  I received my Bachelor of Arts as an undergraduate at Hampden-Sydney College in 2003, obtaining two degrees, History and Political Science.  I was originally licensed to practice law in Florida, and I practiced in Florida for over 7 years.  However, I grew up in Danville, VA and after almost 10 years away from my hometwon, I returned to practice law in Southern Virginia at Daniel, Medley & Kirby, P.C. in January 2014.  I am licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and I am still licensed in the State of Florida.Please be advised that avvo.com does not, in my opinion, fairly and accurately evaluate attorneys nor does it provide customers with valid comparisons, if such comparisons could ever be valid.  I urge all consumers to fully research all attorneys and to write or call for more information about a firm or an attorney's qualifications or experience.
