Tyler J. Winkleman is an experienced personal and business attorney with a diverse practice, including estate planning, probate and trust administration, business planning, entity creation and oversight, tax, and charitable and nonprofit organizations. A primary focus of his practice is on consultation with individuals regarding estate planning matters, preparation of estate planning documents on behalf of individuals and families, and trust and probate administration. Tyler works with a number of nonprofit organizations in the formation of nonprofit corporations and creation of charitable trusts, and provides guidance on operational and management issues. He also serves as general counsel for several nonprofit organizations. Tyler also handles incorporation and organization of business corporations and limited liability companies, preparation of shareholder agreements, by-laws, and operating agreements, and consults with business owners concerning corporate and limited liability company issues. He provides guidance to regular and nonprofit entities regarding ongoing operations and legal liability issues and provides business-focused legal support for small, medium, and large businesses and nonprofit organizations in areas including real estate, corporate governance, and preparation and review of business contracts.  He also prepares contracts on behalf of individuals, including preparation and review of prenuptial agreements. Tyler is admitted to practice before all courts in Indiana, and predominantly serves the northern Indianapolis metropolitan area.
