Tyler Rauert simplifies the complex world of international commerce and investment for growing businesses in the US and abroad. Building on his decade of experience in the US foreign policy community, Tyler focuses his practice on foreign investment, cross-border business transactions, entity formation and funding, corporate governance, and international dispute resolution. He also advises U.S. and international clients on U.S. federal laws and regulations governing international business such as trade and investment agreements, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the Export Administration Regulations, and the Foreign Asset Controls Regulations. Tyler is also actively building Colorado's identity as an international business, cultural, and education hub. He serves as the Chair of the World Trade Center Denver’s Trade Policy Committee, Co-Chair of the Colorado Bar Association’s international business transactions unit, and Director-at-Large for Denver Sister Cities International. Tyler regularly speaks to civic, community and business groups on a range of trade policy, business, and investment law issues.
