Tyler helped my husband get the case dismissed. One of the BEST LAWYER in Houston.
Tyler Flood got my case dismissed, was straight forward and honest without false promises, but with hard work and experience.
Tyler and his team was able to get my daughters DUI dismissed after another law firm handed the case back.
Bottom Line: Do not think twice, Tyler will fight until the bitter end. Most others will just roll over at the first sign of whatever evidence the State offers and try to get you to plea. Call him and let him help carry this burden. Tyler and his team are committed to the client and relentless in their pursuit of justice. His experience with the intricacies of the statutes, coupled with his dedication to hold the state accountable through the entire process allowed for a final outcome of NOT GUILTY in my jury trial. His team supports in all facets and are always ready to help in situations regarding logistics and working with the court to ensure you can go forward with life while they are working in the background. Mine was not an easy case in that I had a severe accident which resulted in a blood draw. From the initial contact until the verdict, he was confident, poised, and willing to work countless hours to ensure he was doing what he said he would do...defend me! There were numerous times where I was surprised by his tenacity and patience when the State seemed to have the upper hand. A DWI charge will be one of the most trying times in your life, do yourself a favor. Call Flood, Lewis & Associates and let them help in this trying time. You will not find another lawyer in the Greater Houston area who knows every aspect of DWI law and will pull all stops to get you the best outcome.
The attorney you choose can make or break your case! My confidence in Tyler was sealed the first time I met him. I knew by his knowledge and confident demeanor that he would indeed be the key to getting the case resolved. It took awhile to get my case heard due to circumstances beyond anyone's control such as covid, but his dedication to my case never waivered and neither did my confidence in him. He was able to get the case dismissed with his knowledge, skill, and attention to detail. My advice is to seek his counsel asap if needed, then be patient, listen to him, and he will do the rest!!
Highly recommended! I was contacted quickly and given all the information I needed. The process was short and simple. I am completely satisfied with the service's provided and will contact them if needed in the future.
Not sure where to even start. I was charged as a 1st time offender with a DWI back in 2018 in Harris County. I hired Tyler Flood immediately. Through nearly 2 years since the incident, I went through about 8-10 resets. I had mentally prepared to be convicted of a misdemeanor. Meanwhile, I went to a doctor for alcoholism. Prescribed me medication that made you physically ill if mixed with alcohol. Most importantly, I went to an in-house rehab to address my alcoholism. I have been sober since. So in March 2020, we finally went to trial. Tyler and another colleague (Craig Stewart) were present. The hearing took approximately 2 hours. I cannot describe to you the rock stars that are disguised as Tyler and Craig. They fought hard for me. Video of the incident were played in court. The cops stated that I was stopped for not signaling a lane change. Probable cause. Again, I didn’t weave or anything. BUT, the cop that noted the lane change violation was NOT the one who pulled me over. He had to run off to another incident. He radioed in for back up to pull me over. Then he left to go to the other incident. So the cop that pulled me over never witnessed me not signaling. I admit I did drink more than I needed to that evening. It was my fault. Regardless, Tyler and Craig pulled up precedents arguing probable cause. Two hours of this. Finally the judge went back to her quarters to review the video in private. She came back and stated there wasn’t sufficient probable cause to have stopped me. Prosecution, at that point, requested dismissal of charges. Case dismissed. I can unequivocally say that if you’re caught up in a similar situation, contact his office. May be a bit pricey, but it’s well worth it. I do not have a criminal record, no conviction. I was so scared what a conviction would do to potential employment opportunities et al. Hire Tyler, you won’t regret it!
I hired Tyler Flood after I received a ticket based on a friend's recommendation. He and his team were there every step of the way and fought hard for a dismissal. I patiently waited and a dismissal was the final outcome! I definitely would recommend Tyler and his team to anyone that finds themselves in this situation!
Great team. They know what it takes to beat your case. Be patient and let them do the work. It was a Long process but Chelsea kept answering any questions. Case dismissed!
When looking for the best attorneys for DWI, look no further. Tyler Flood and his team are hands down probably the best firm out there concerning DWI. Some time ago I got myself in a very difficult situation. I was charged with a DWI. As my life began to turn upside down, I needed to find a good lawyer. I did some research and landed on a few lawyers. After speaking with Mr. Flood for a few moments, I had a gut feeling that he and his firm was the one I needed. He calmed my nerves from the very beginning. He let me know that if I hired him, he would not settle and will fight for me to the end. He said he will fight for a dismissal, and if we could not get a dismissal, he would be ready and more than willing to fight the case in trial. He explained to me what to expect and how the process works. He did not sugar coat anything. He let me know that it will not be short and quick, but he will be there for me and by my side every step of the way. His confidence, honesty, his thorough knowledge of the law and how the system works, his track record of winning cases, and his pledge to turn over every stone possible to get my case dismissed or obtain a not guilty verdict, won me over and I knew at that point that he and his team was who and what I needed to get through this matter. My case unfortunately lasted a very long time. Mr. Flood would always say don’t worry as time is on our side. At the time it was hard for me to believe. There was a reported high B.A.C. level. I didn’t feel to good about the sobriety test on video. I also felt that it would be the cop’s word against mine to which I felt the cop will always win that battle. Mr. Flood consistently assured me that he was on top of my case. He and his office answered all of my calls and emails. Calmed my nerves when needed. Followed up with me when there was new information on my case. In the end, my case did go to trial. Mr. Flood and his team came into trial prepared, determined, and confident that they could prove my innocence. And that they did! From picking the jury, to cross examining the parties involved. They did not overlook any aspect of the case. They examined every moment they possibly could. They broke down every aspect of the sobriety test and the flaws that occurred with that. They made sure that the actions of the officers involved were known to the jury whether right or wrong. They let the jury know that it is the officer’s responsibility to not only uphold the law, but to abide by it. In the end they not only convinced a jury, but they were able to prove to the jury that I was Innocent, and a not guilty verdict was given. If anyone is going through this very difficult situation of DWI, look no further. You will not be disappointed with Tyler Flood and his team. He and his team are the best at handling DWI cases. This is completely evident when you see them at work. I have my life back and I owe that all to the team at Flood, Lewis and Associates! Mr. Flood and his team fought to the end for me and I can’t thank them enough! Rest assured he will do everything he can for you!
