About
I have deep experience defending hospitals, doctors, nurses and other health professionals in cases ranging from complex obstetric and neonatal matters to more routine primary care issues. I have litigated and tried a wide variety of professional liability cases involving nearly every conceivable medical specialty over the course of my career, including a landmark case (Klutschkowski v. OMG), in which the Oregon Court of Appeals enforced the statutory damage cap against birth injury claims. Based on a survey of my peers and the research of Thomson Reuters, I have been listed in Oregon Super Lawyers magazine, an honor limited to the top five percent of attorneys in the state. Since 2011, I also have been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America as one of Oregon's best malpractice trial attorneys.

Reviews
Bundy was a great advocate--he's smart and tenacious, and was great at grasping both the nit-picky details of the case as well as the big picture. Also, I was really grateful for him taking the case, since it involved a complicated technical issue and many medical attorneys only deal with high pay-out malpractice claims
