Mr. Jensen earned his undergraduate degree from Concordia College in 1999. After college he worked six years for the Zinpro Corporation, the world leader in trace mineral nutrition for animal feed. He then worked two years for the Johanna Beverage Corporation, the largest independent juice bottling company in the United States. Judd returned to college in 2008, earning his law degree from Drake Law School, and his LL.M. degree in Agriculture and Food Law from the University of Arkansas. Prior to joining BKBH, Judd worked as an associate attorney at Baumstark Braaten Law Partners in Bismarck, North Dakota handling a wide range of legal issues involving crop insurance, NAD hearings, oil and gas leasing, gravel pit disputes, and employment law issues. During law school, Judd worked as a consultant for the Iowa Environmental Council researching wind energy lease agreements and with the Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture to prepare the Iowa Local Food and Farm Plan. More recently, Judd consulted with the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition in Washington, D.C. concerning proposed legislation for the 2012 Farm Bill.
