I filed my case in 2010 with Tricia. She made an uncomfortable process easy and understandable. She was able to strip my second mortgage which was a lifesaver. She kept me informed and was able to complete my plan on time. She is smart and easy to work with. I would recommend her firm to my friends.
Highly recommend marrs & terry. Their innovative, think-outside-the box approach really helped us. They were also very sensitive, and treated us with the utmost respect. We interviewed several lawyers before choosing marrs & terry, none of the others we met offered the intelligence AND kindness we were seeking to assist us with our legal matter. They were also priced competitively which was a major plus!
Hired firm to handle Chap 13 case She said certain procedures could not be done, even though I questioned based on internet search that showed they could be done. Due to lack of communication, case was dismissed which turned out to be the best thing to happen with her representation. Hired new excellent Bankruptcy attorney, who agreed that both procedures were easily done. saved over $70,000 on one procedure alone AND cut 36 month plan payment by almost $400 while including property taxes and student loans in plan payment. According to my attorney, they stated they were very surprised that the court approved her additional charges which they considered excessive. I would only recommend that you hire this firm for a simple chap 7 or simple personal chap 13. But you would be better off with another attorney if your case is complex, but choose carefully. I will say that although I feel they did not properly represent my BK-13 case, they are better than probably 70% of the attorneys doing bankruptcy. ----the lower score on trustworthy relates communication and filing timely responses not their integrity
