I was in a dire situation and, as a grown man even was scared enough to shed a few tears. I had all but given up when Trey truly believed in me. He said several times "Michael you will be just fine". You know what...he WAS right. If a person is looking for a lawyer who is honest, caring and will go the distance, Trey Pettlon is the lawyer for you.
Earlier this year I was arrested for a crime I did not commit. I was facing a long time in prison if I was convicted. We had a jury trial and the jury found me “not guilty” thanks to Trey. He did a perfect job. He spent a lot of time and effort into building everything up to help me out. There wasn’t a single mistake or flaw in anything he did in and out of the courtroom.
Trey is an excellent attorney. My husband was facing a felony charge for a non-violent marijuana related crime with a possible prison sentence of eight years. Trey was able to negotiate an interstate compact deal for probation. He is well respected by judges and district attorneys. He cares about his clients. He made us feel confident throughout this anxious process and to be quite honest saved our family. Can’t recommend him enough.
Trey Pettlon was referred to me by another lawyer . I was falsely accused of assault by the mother of my daughter because she was hoping to get leverage in our custody case in domestic court. If convicted I would have lost significant amount of parenting time with my daughter and ,the worse of all ,I would have probably lost my immigration status and would have been forced to live the United States . The stakes were very high for me if I were found guilty for this crime I didn't commit . Trey was very understanding and got quickly very familiar with the facts of the case . He was very candid with me from the beginning and explained to me I could be possibly convicted because of the fabricated "physical evidence". Trey tried his best to have the prosecutor dismissed the case and kept me apprised regularly on how these interactions were going until it became clear we were going to trial. What I appreciated the most about Trey , is that he called me several times as trial day was approaching : asking me many questions about specific events and other facts of the case . That reassured me considerably because from his questions I could tell he had a very deep understanding of the case and more importantly for me , that he truly believed in my innocence . I could tell he was taking my case to heart . We went to trial and Trey did a phenomenal job . He was able to have the judge admit key pieces of evidence ,in spite of prosecutor's objections, which otherwise would have been hard for me to be exonerated . I was found not guilty and don't know if I would have had the same outcome if someone else had represented me . I wholeheartedly recommend Trey Pettlon . If you ever get in trouble you definitely want him in your corner.
I was in an accident and going through all this personal stuff and couldn't worry about court stuff. I am so grateful that I was recommended to go to Trey. He took away all my worries and helps me out so much. Over the last 10 months I have not had to worry about anything having to do with the court because I knew he was handling it. I could just focus on my treatments and healing. He worked hard and got the case dismissed.
I should have done this long ago, but better late than never. Trey is a fantastic attorney, and worked tirelessly to keep me optimistic about my case, worked diligently to pursue my innocence, and in the end, justice prevailed. I owe the life I live now to Trey - he's the best.
I had a surprisingly good experience with Trey. Sadly, I tried to write a review already, but it was maybe a little too racey to publish. Sorry to say you missed out.....it was some pretty good material. So onward with the review.....Trey had a great sense of humor and ALWAYS returned phone calls. From my experience that is rare if not extinct. I never felt abandoned. I love the fact that he wore really bright colored socks to court and that told me that he was a horse of a different color. I'm weird, so that stuff makes me feel at home along with the cajoling. He was teasing me after appearing in court with a most excellent joke when my knees were pretty shakey, but quickly let me know he was just giving me a good ribbing. Great to work with and doesn't wear tassels on his shoes or anywhere else that I know of.....I know...it's weird....but that's kind of a thing with me. Keep wearing those psychedelic socks Trey! The court room can always use a splash of color......unless it's blood.....should NEVER be that. And I'm really not a robot.
Trey was referred to me by one of my clients who happened to be a judge. Trey was the only Attorney referred by this person. My case was very serious as a class 9 felony was looming with overwhelming evidence. Having had virtually no criminal history, and owning my own business, a felony on my record wouldve been a death sentence for my business. Having hired trey in a prior incident with my ex wife, where he made just one phone call to clear up that incident, let me coin the phrase..”in trey I trust” the class 9 felony was reduced to a misdimeamor with the very minimum probation. I’m sure there are many attorneys whose fees are less than mr pettlon and if your criminal or driving record isn’t important to you then one of those attorneys is for you. I’ve always believed that you get what you pay for, and this guy is a game changer.
Mr. Pettlon did a great job representing me. Trey seemed genuinely concerned with my personal well being and making sure I was properly represented. If looking for a lawyer that will work for you. Mr. Pettlon is your man.
I contacted Trey when I got into some trouble with the law. I told Trey what I hoped for an outcome, and somehow he made it happen! He was so understanding and never judgemental. He's an excellent attorney and a great person. I highly recommend him.
