Trevor helped me not only legally but emotionally as well, while dealing with my fathers guardianship and health issues. It is a very stressful time and his expertise and emotional support made things much clearer and easierto deal with in such a sad and stressful time. He is also fair when it comes to cost, he is the only attorney I have ever met the puts people first. I will always recommend him, and appreciate him being there for me.
I was referred to Trevor by a friend, who said he was knowledgeable and inexpensive. After my first dealing with Trevor, I would add responsive and through when recommending his service. Having recently gotten married I knew I needed to take care of some basic estate planning but didn't know how to start. Trevor walked me through a comprehensive process that didn't take too much of my time and didn't cost a fortune.
Trevor keeps me informed and does not nickel and dime me with every question. He is easily accessible and usually contacts me within a few hours of my initial request.
Trevor helped me to review my current situation, and to generate a will for me and my family. He is extremely professional and walked me through the entire process. trevor did a great job of explaining the entire process, and why we were doing each step. He also helped me to understand what the language ment, and how each scenario could impact my family. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of help on their estate
Mr. Weston met with my husband and me several times in order to create an Estate Plan that met our needs. He clearly explained all the options regarding the Estate Planning process. He was very quick to respond to any questions we asked either in person or via the phone or email. We have recommended Mr. Weston to several of our friends and family members already.
Mr. Weston helped us in a time of crisis while we were dealing with a family death. The bank which handled the estate subjected us to very questionable practices and misleading information. Mr. Weston was able to have the bank removed from a family Trust and subsequently saved us a great deal of hassle and money which was poorly invested.
