Absolutely fantastic. He goes into every hearing with your best interest in mind. He is professional and works quickly and efficiently and communicates with no problems. He's very friendly and great to work with. I know I had a pleasure hiring him and will do it again if needed.
I came to Trent with what seemed to be an impossible situation. Scared and not to sure what I was doing, Trent seemed to be the constant light at the end of the tunnel. He never once made me feel like I was different, or treated me as if I was a "criminal". Trent fought hard for me and what was the best punishment for my life. All in all he was truly amazing. I recommend him to my friends, family, even strangers who I eavesdrop on. He is truly amazing at what he does.
Trent is very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me very good advice and he accomplished everything he promised me. I highly recommend him and his services
Mr. Stewart kept me updated throughout the entire process of my case. He charged a very fair rate and wasted no time on starting my case. I would absolutely recommended him to anyone as he was a very knowledgeable lawyer.
I would definitely recommend him, he help me out alot in my case. He was always in contact with me and kept me updated when ever there was progress.
Trent Stewart was always on top of my case. Every time I needed an update he was more than willing to talk to me. Any new developments to my case always seemed positive. Truthfully he got me out of a serious bind and was definitely worth the money! I would recommend him to anyone facing serious criminal charges.
Trent was very aggressive in handling my DUI. He got my sentenced reduced to the lowest possible and even got the judge to allow me to complete community service to take care of my fines!! Would recommend him to anyone, his services are affordable and he does a great job.
I paid thousands and thousands of dollars for this attorney on an hourly rate. I told him to please not waste anytime on plea deals as I would not plea in my case. To which he apparently spent all his time on. I was very careful to not call him for stupid details, and to maximize relaying info to him at my hearings. I would always walk him to his car to give him important details since he was already on the clock. In the end he appeared at 2 hearing and logged over 30 hours. I became very nervous when he was not aware of very simple facts about my case. Knowing that at max he could of only spent 6 hours on my case and figuring I needed to switch attorney I asked for an accounting of all hours spent on my case. Amazingly all of a sudden more than 30 hours logged (this was impossible) and in a threatening manor at my next hearing he demanded I sign a release which I did, because there was no way I would risk 12.5 years with this man as my attorney. He needs disbarred.
Charged a retainer fee, then the working hours were quickly used up the cost for the retainer. He charged me more after he had already seen my police report/case etc. Every conversation was him requesting more and more $ for the same amount of work. I feel like he kept dragging my case on and on in order to try and get more $. The case could of (and should of) been settled months before it was. A plea deal I could of gotten on my own without an attorney.
Costly.... He led me down a merry little path that cost thousands of dollars, with no resolution. I ended up hiring another attorney at 1/4 what I had paid Mr. Stewart. He took my case and was able to resolve things efficiently and honestly. I believe that Mr. Stewart was more interested in running up billing hours than truly solving the case. When I asked for a statement of his hours and charges, his hours "spent" on my case amazingly ate up all the thousands of dollars in retainer money that I had paid him in advance... and he claimed he owed me nothing. I was in no state of mind to fight him at the time. He took advantage of me when I was down. I do not hate him, but I would never recommend him to anybody. I only give him a decent review for "responsive" because I felt that he would return my calls only for the purpose of keeping me in contact with him so that he could get more money.
