I became very nervous when he was not aware of very simple facts about my case. Knowing that at max he could of only spent 6 hours on my case and figuring I needed to switch attorney I asked for an accounting of all hours spent on my case. Amazingly all of a sudden more than 30 hours logged (this was impossible) and in a threatening manor at my next hearing he demanded I sign a release which I did, because there was no way I would risk 12.5 years with this man as my attorney. He needs disbarred.
