He gave me a free consultation on the phone he was nice and he called me asap thank you I appreciate it
Travis does an amazing job, he can find answers when others have failed to come up with solutions for my needs. I highly recommend him for all of your business law needs
Travis has given me the best advice, provided salient legal strategies that have assisted me in executing my desires for my business law needs. I had used a much more expensive big name firm out of Salt Lake who didn’t really even look at my case with a critical eye. Travis took my file for an hour and not only came up with a better strategy but saved me tens of thousands of dollars.
I hired Travis Christiansen on a criminal matter, I had never been in any legal trouble prior to this unfortunate incident; however Mr. Christiansen got my case dismissed. He is very personable, and fights for his clients very hard. Highly recommended!
Travis Christiansen is an amazing attorney. He got to know me as a person first, he was very thorough, he kept me up to date, and always informed me of all of my options when discussing my case. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing help defending themselves in court.
Travis has been my not only my attorney, but also a trusted advisor on business matters and financial planning. I have had him assist me with me with life insurance and he's also been there for me on a complicated family matters. Picking an attorney can be difficult, especially when you need one NOW. I can recommend Travis to friends, family and strangers alike. Thanks Travis.
Travis Christiansen handled a complex permitting process with Washington County in Utah for a mine. He did a terrific job in presenting the project to the elected officials of the county, the community, and the press. He was well prepared on all levels and we were pleased with the outcome.
I have sought counsel from Travis on numerous occasions, and he has represented me in legal matters on a couple of occasions. When I have sought counsel from Travis, he has frequently given me counsel about how to deal with a matter without legal action or running up legal fees; that is, he's given me insights on ways to handle something without requiring his services. This requires sound judgment, perspective, and looking out for our company's interests instead of his own. He has certainly passed "The Bill O'Reilly Test" -- he was looking out for us. As the plaintiff in a $357MM case, when he took over my case he wrote an excellent complaint, 10X better than my previous attorney: it was clear, concise, cited the numerous grounds, and wrapped it up in a manner so the defendant knew we were serious. Often he takes a non-legal approach: That is, lawyers are trained to find the problem in every solution, while businessmen are trained to find the solution to every problem. So, Travis often takes a businessman's approach, finding solutions and other ways of looking at things. His sound judgment has been sought on matters that deal with contract law; regulatory law; employment law; civil/Constitutional rights; administrative law; patent, trademark, and copyright law; financial services law; and others. If he hasn't known the answer right off, he will tell me so and that he'll research it rather than faking it. He responds to my calls. He listens before jumping in with his answers. He will remind you that a lawyer is only as good as the questions you ask him, and if you don't ask the question, you won't get an answer... yet often laymen don't even know the questions to ask. Here's where most lawyers will send you on your way, but Travis will dissect an issue and make sure you're covering all perspectives. The only way Travis could be more helpful would be if he were our own in-house general counsel.
Being a small business man for many years I have worked with a few different attorneys. Some have turned out to be (shall I say) less than honest and others inept. Travis I have been working with for about 2 years now and his advise has always been solid and if he does not know at that moment, he has always got back with me within a day or 2 with the answer. I have found this to be refreshing.
Travis was hired in a family law case. He was without question the cause of a legal nightmare of epic proportions. He refused to do his job, did not bother to do a discovery, made deals with opposing party, then walked away from the case when it was time to fight for me. His rating is not even 1 star, however, this app doesn't allow a rating less than that. He was absolutely worthless.
