Trapper Freeman is an associate with the Litigation team in Moore & Van Allen’s Charleston Office. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, handling a variety of matters to include business torts, products liability, contractual disputes, construction defects, employment law, and real estate litigation.Prior to practicing law, Mr. Freeman served as a Captain in the United States Army and Army Reserves. During his eight years in the military, Mr. Freeman served in a variety of leadership positions to include leading the USAG-HI Special Reaction Team (SWAT), where he coordinated joint training and real world operations with the FBI, NSA, and Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Freeman also served as an Assistant Professor of Military Science for the University of South Carolina’s Army ROTC Program while enrolled in law school.
