I was recently involved in a legal proceeding. Ms. Knight seemed extremely caring and personable. She is thorough in her work and was always available with my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Ms. Knight.
Ms. Knight was very professional from the time we met until the resolution of my family law issues. She was very thorough and communicated with me throughout the process. I felt confident stepping into the courtroom with Ms. Knight as my advocate. My confidence was validated after she helped bring my issue to a successful resolution.
I have used Tracy Knight as my attorney on two completely unrelated occasions: once for my estate planning, and secondly when I found myself being criticized for my job performance after being sexually assaulted in my workplace. She was fine for my estate planning; I knew what I wanted and she drew up the necessary paperwork for my will and advanced directive. Where she really excelled, however, was at employment law. She warned me ahead of time that if my employer began to focus on my job performance and then fired me, she could no longer be of assistance. Her predictions were, unfortunately absolutely on the money. My employer began to criticize my job performance and then fired me based upon my performance review. Despite 12 years of successful work, I was forced to retire because I was no longer employed. A lesser attorney would have taken my case (and my money), lost the case, and I would have been much worse off than I am. I am grateful for her integrity, honesty, and knowledge of employment law. She receives my highest recommendation."
My experience with Ms. Knight was great. She helped me understand my rights and the correct way to handle separation and divorce. The process for me was difficult, but she encouraged me and gave me some sound advice and for that I thank her greatly.
Hired Tracey as my Divorce attorney and she did an excellent job. She communicated everything to me on a consistent basis. My divorce was also handled in a timely manner and all issues were taken care of immediately.
Tracy Knight helped me and my young son get through a nasty divorce. I was an Army spouse dealing with a cheating husband. I contacted Tracy, I believe, 3 days before Christmas. She made me feel comfortable, actually apologized that I was going through this right before Christmas, and did not come across that I was bothering her before the holidays. Tracy immediately scheduled me for the next week. Tracy held my hand every step of the way. She counseled me not just on the civilian side of things, but she helped me navigate through the Army side of things. I cannot fully express how much Tracy saved my son and I from our situation. She was not a stuffy lawyer, who did not care what I was going through. Tracy made me feel comfortable and confident in myself and the bright future ahead of me before, during and after the entire divorce process. Being a military spouse, I was far away from family and friends. Tracy made sure that my son and I were safe and was always available if I needed her. She is an amazing lawyer and person! I was blessed to have her on my side during my divorce. Tracy Knight was my son and I's saving grace during this time in our lives and for that I am forever grateful to her! If you are looking for an amazing lawyer, then Tracy Knight is that lawyer! I would not have trusted my case with anyone else. :)
Tracy became my lawyer because my original lawyer went on maternity leave. My situation was unique and required a lot of strategizing to protect my children. Tracy treated me like family- I don't think I ever went longer than an hour before she responded to emails, etc. She is knowledgeable, intelligent, more than capable and humble. My case involved several elements that were novel and would have challenged even the most seasoned attorney. Tracy crafted a strategy that accommodated my needs while protecting me from an uncooperative and hostile ex with somewhat of a high profile due to his occupation and unique situation. I would highly recommend Tracy- she is passionate and dedicated
Ms. Knight is an outstanding advocate for her clients. Ms. Knight has the special ability to be compassionate and firm. Her grasp of understanding both the client's need and the legal issues involved in the case is second to none. I would highly recommend her to serve your legal needs.
I will never recommend tracy I was assigned her to me in general sessions court cause I couldn't attain a payed attorney, I now have one in circuit court thank God miss Knight could have gotten all my charges dismissed or atleast dropped to misdemeanors but she wouldn't even take the time to try thanks to her plain and simple laziness I now have a felony charge on my record do not ever use miss Knight unless your paying her then she might work for you idk she wouldn't give me a chance I could have had so much better options and chances if she would have just spoke up on my behalf like a lawyer is suppost to but No she sat quiet and did nothing horrible work it saddens me that I lost my job but most of all time with my family all because a person who's oath is to help people didn't take the time to do just that and fight for me when I needed....
