Marie never called witnesses for testimony until court, even though she was given info months ahead. Ability to represent for and during trial showed a lack of preparation and inexperience. Needless to say, we lost case of 9yr County notorized recorded deed as invalid, based only on memory testimony of senior citizen, claiming not present with no other legal physical evidence. Of course, Ms Troxler offered to handle appeal with up front $3500 nonrefundable retainer. No way, hired another lawyer to clean up her mess. This firm probably would lose case for Abe Lincoln. Oh, firm doesn't give monthly statements, so watch your charges from day of retaining firm. This firm only does basic legal forms needed by court, no investigating. You would do better, pro se, if you got knowledge to file legal forms. At least, if you lose, you save that nonrefundable retainer. At least, you know your best effort was done. Something this firm may have a hard time ethically saying.
