We had to mediate with this piece of work. After about six more months I recieved a settlement agreement that had nothing really in the way of what needed to be treated for "life". That has taken over a year and a half post settelement to get the right paperwork to the administrator of my settlement. Pre setttlement I agreed to have all medical funds put in my trust. Ms. Hyde decided otherwise and without obtaining mine or my attorney's opinion as to my ability to handle my personal affairs, to just appoint a medical check writing management company. They keep turning me down for obvious brain injury related care. Bridgepoint was appointed by Ms. Hyde, they are a MEDICARE set aside company, not much help to brain injury and nobody on my side ever approved Bridgepoint to manage the whole brain injury medical annuity. Many things were scripted while on workers compensation that never got done, ho hum, we all know that song and dance. What she has done tho by allowing a medicare set aside company to run things is show Medicare that they are using Medicare set aside funds when there is supposed to be a medical annuity that covers my injury, supposed to be used before the medicare set aside comes into play. I called Medicare, they agree and told me to call the state inspector general. They agreed too, an investigation will tell the truth. She also wrote in the settlement the most freakish lie I've ever seen and read on paper. She wrote that I was treated for "alcohol withdrawals" while in a coma!!! This lady is better fit for the National Enquirer not adult business that pertains to a very serious personal injury caused by an extremely poorly planned Longshore job that had the wrong vessel and no helmets. She should concentrate on that instead of slandering me!! Under the Longshore Act if there was no alcohol involved in the accident, and there wasn't even remotely a chance there was, there is no neglegence GROW UP ms Hyde!!!
