I had the great fortune tomorrow Kim! I went in knowing I needed to accomplish something not knowing anything on how to accomplish it. Kim was patient, extremely thorough. When she says not to worry about something that she’ll take care of... really, don’t fret! She’ll do it or get you and answer you need. My time with her has ended but surely I would not Hesitate on reaching to her for any future tasks that I may need!

In the last six years I had a series of unfortunate events transpire which culminated in a need for legal representation on multiple fronts. Ms. Sandher was a stand out excellent lawyer who helped me through a complicated series of events during a bankruptcy. Ms. Sandher took into account the other legal issues paralleling her work and was comprehensive in her advice and action looking at the entire scope of my circumstances. Ms. Sandher has been a crucial resource navigating the specific legal issues of bankruptcy and helped me be aware of potential impacts on wide range of topics adjacent to her focus in my case. Her excellent council saw me through my case, gave straight forward advise, provided sound reasoning for decisions and recommended pathways to resolutions. I always felt Ms. Sandher had my best interests in mind helping me find my way through the legal world I didn't know much about. I was lucky to find her and grateful for all of her amazing work!
I know Kim through google and I hire her to be my bankruptcy lawyer because of her review and when I hired her she still working for the different law firm but she is committed to taking my case anyway even though she was losing some money (I don't know if any lawyer willing to do that), she responded very fast with any questions you have either by email or text message or even a phone call not a lot of lawyers does that, my case was going smoothly and I was discharged and now start a new beginning. Kim is trustworthy, humble, take your case seriously I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. I hope you don't have a problem like mine but if you do, go with Kim you will not be disappointed.
Kim was hired through my employer's legal benefit program for a bankruptcy proceeding. During the process, Kim was in process of switching firms, and was attentive, personable, knowledgable and beyond competent. I would not hesitate to retain her as my attorney again, or recommend her to friends and family.
Kim helped us through a very trying time. We were very stressed and worried, with tons of questions and clarifications but she was always direct and clear. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accommodating. We are very glad we found her and that she guided us through this successfully!
Kim was very professional and helped us with very tough decisions. She was proficient and vey knowledgeable. We are very pleased and would recommend her to anyone looking to make those hard decisions.
When I started to realize a bankruptcy maybe my fate, it was not an easy conclusion or decision to come to. I met with Ms. Sandher feeling completely embarrassed and overwhelmed by my finances. Ms. Sandher has a very kind professional attitude. She listened to my situation patiently and never made me feel bad about my circumstances. She is personable and non-judgmental. Her firm offers free consultation, during which time she thoroughly explained the process and helped me understand which path is best for my situation. Never feeling pressured, I felt very comfortable with her and realized she was the person I wanted to represent me. She was always prompt with answering my questions and concerns. She also stayed on top of my case progress and was thorough reviewing my documents. Throughout the whole process there were no surprises and all went smooth through case discharge. Her team members are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I sincerely appreciate all the help and professionalism shown by the firm.
Kim had multiple deadlines from clients yet she still made time for me. Kim was extremely thorough and made sure my documents protect me. She always had my best interest in mind. I would absolutely hire her again and I recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, meticulous attorney to be on your side!
I never thought I'd be the person writing a review for a bankruptcy attorney, but here I am. I am the custodial father of two amazing boys, one of whom required expensive medical treatment. There were other problems that turned up, a wife with cancer, and some personal emotional situations which were compounded by bills piling up. Not to be too dramatic, but the quality of my life was slowly being drained into a dark, financial hole. Frankly, I was so myopic about my social status and the fear and stigma of bankruptcy, that instead of being pragmatic, I maintained the substandard, financial status quo of my dire situation. They say that if you put a frog in hot water it will instantly jump out, but if you put it in cold water and turn up the heat a little at a time it will stay there until it dies. That was my situation until I sat down with Kim from Rao & Pierce. My first meeting was informative and respectful. We discussed my situation and my impulse to feel shame was quickly eased into a productive and thoughtful plan on how to get out of the mess I was in. She was friendly and professional and eased me through the process in a thoughtful, attentive matter. I never felt that my questions were stupid, nor did I feel rushed or like I was wasting her time. In fact, the entire process happened in a way that I could handle and as we approached date I felt more and more secure in my decision to start a new. Bankruptcy is a serious matter and even though I have some regrets, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to begin reconstructing my financial life in a way that helps me and my children recover from a crazy few years in the past. In fact, this is what the bankruptcy laws were written for. I highly recommend Kim and Rao & Pierce to anyone in a similar situation.
