I served the immigrant community for nearly two decades. I was the first bilingual Immigration attorney in Charleston, South Carolina. I have practiced exclusively immigration law for nearly two decades. I operated a full-service boutique immigration practice for most of my legal career. A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, I focused my studies on International Law and Immigration knowing what I wanted to do and who I wanted to serve! I handle Famliy Immigration visas such as Marriage visas, Fiance visas, Parent/Child petitions, Waivers of inadmissibility, Complex Naturalization/Citizenship, Work visas, Business visas and Investment visa matters throughout the Carolinas as well as throughout the United States.I have studied abroad in England, Scotland, Mexico and Barbados. In preparation for my immigration legal career, I interned for the EOIR-Immigration Court drafting Opinions for an Immigration Judge and also worked for United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) formerly INS. I am passionate about immigration law and not only serving the community but also educating them about their rights and forms of relief available.I am of counsel to other immigration law offices and businesses throughout the United States and periodically serve as an Adjunct law professor.
