I hired Todd to represent me in a divorce case. Todd did a very good job for me. He was very diligent, thorough and knew the law. He was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns, and definitely made a very stressful time more bearable. I would definitely recommend him to any one that wants an honest and very competent lawyer.

Todd is a very hard working lawyer, and knows his material extremely well. I am pleased on how quickly and efficient my case was handled.

I've hired Todd numerous times throughout the years and he has delivered consistent service that is done well and at a good price. I recently worked with Todd for my divorce case and I was very pleased in how efficient and knowledgeable he worked with me to figure out the main negotiation points and drive the divorce to a successful conclusion. Thank you Todd!

Todd is an excellent lawyer. He is very thoughtful, professional and Ethical. These are all traits that I personally require of an attorney and because of this, I would recommend Todd with no reservations.

I also believe that Todd was intentionally working against me. Possibly forwarding emails. Giving bad information. Giving terrible advice. And possibly lying. Either Todd is a court dodger or not truthful. Either way I feel betrayed. Beware!! Run away!!!

To be fair to Mr. Worthley, he did suffer a death in his family at the time, but still, I wasn't contacted by him or his staff for two months after I and my advocate consulted with him in person. (I'd been referred to him by the Oregon Bar.) After those two months, he said that he'd called the other person's lawyer, and that he didn't think I needed any legal help or even mediation. He then gave me a solution that we'd already explained to him wouldn't be possible. With all due respect, Mr. Worthley didn't remember any of the key issues in my case, and then only offered me a solution that would not only not work for my case but had nothing to do with the core issues which we presented to him at our meeting in person. He refunded only part of my retainer and wrote me a letter saying I had "mischaracterized" him (whatever that means). I was surprised and disappointed, and I would definitely not recommend him.

I hired Todd for my divorce. He did a horrible job did not communicate at all I paid him over 5000 and he sent me a final bill for 2500 I asked him for what he said the work he did. What work??? I even asked that my name go back to my maiden name and that didn’t happen. So now it’s on my credit for non payment when I didn’t agree to pay over 5000. He wants more money for a job that didn’t get done!!!!

Go hire another attorney. $6,000 attorney fees and travel expenses got me nothing. The other party hired a much better lawyer and got everything their client demanded.

I hired Todd to help me with my divorce. To be honest, I feel like all he did was forward me emails from my x-wife's attorney- "what do you want to do?". At no time did he offer me any ideas, suggestions, what I could and could not do. I'd post some of my exchanges here, but I'd rather remain anonymous. He was just a very expensive message taker to be very frank. After coming on here and looking at other reviews- I guess my biggest issue is it appears that he spends more time defending himself on these reviews than on actual case work for his clients. That is what I PAID him to do for me, but I don't feel I he worked half as hard. I don't know if the outcome would have been any different, but I can't help but wonder if it could have been a different outcome had he offered more help.
