1) Did zero research on my case 2) His theory of how to handle the case was totally wrong 3) Was unprepared to counter arguments from opposing lawyer 4) Refused to accept my input despite the fact that I knew the area of the business in question MUCH better than he did. 5) Refused to accept responsibility for filing responses that were in error. 6) YELLED at me because of the errors in the filings he submitted. 7) Made no effort to prepare to counter a Motion to Dismiss. 8) When the hearing on the Motion to Dismiss was held he failed to show up in Court.
