A seasoned and experienced legal advocate, he has extensive trial experience and an impressive history of case results. Prior to focusing his practice on plaintiffs’ personal injury, Mr. Stark devoted the first 30 years in practice to defending insurance companies and large corporations facing personal injury and wrongful death claims.Mr. Stark has tried more than 60 civil trials as lead counsel with a win ratio of 90 percent.
