I cannot say enough about Mr. La Neve. He has been a savior when I really needed one. I was arrested for suspicion of DUI in Oklahoma and failed to report to the FAA properly. They wanted to take everything from me and hang me out to dry, leaving me with no way to provide for my family. He was able to work with the FAA to save my license and possibly my career. He is very easy to work with and easy for my wife to work with which was big for me. Even from hallway across the country he was easier to work with then my Criminal DUI attorney which lives in the same sate I do. I am away from home a lot with my work and the National Guard Duties in some pretty ugly locations so most of our correspondence was via email, but he was always on top of everything. Very glade we found Mr. La Neve. Thanks Todd, Kyle
In 2015 I was arrested in Bridgeport, WV for DUI. I called Todd on a Sunday and left him a voice mail. He promptly called me back and took all my information and set up a meeting. He took my case and successfully got my case dropped with the condition I don't get another DUI. Unfortunately, the following year I had a few drinks for only one hour and somehow blacked out and didn't remember getting in my vehicle and driving. I don't remember what happened while driving but I evidently hit another vehicle from behind and fled the scene. That's something I always called other people stupid for doing and here I was now stuck with a felony DUI with bodily injury. The DA was steadfastly convinced I needed to be put away for three to ten years in prison and Todd, once again, attacked my case with a vengeance. This time he really earn his salary to say the least. It took him a year of negotiations in the Judicial and Circuit Courts to get our plea excepted by the Judge who then gave me the sweetest deal I could have ever imagine. I was facing minimum of three years probation, six months home incarceration and another six months of alcohol monitoring plus 4 days a week AA meetings. Mr La Neve was able to get me with only a three probation and no home incarceration or alcohol monitoring along with the divergence clause which states if I successfully complete my three year probation the felony will be deferred adjudicated to a misdemeanor. Mr La Neve saved me from a reunion with Bubba at the State Pen and I will always be great full. Needless to say, I am a reformed drinker and aim to be one of the few who successfully completes the divergence sentence.
Todd helped my son and I work our way through a messy situation my son got into when visiting WVU. He got charged with vandalism and was facing an extradition order to boot. Todd is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great demeanor and calm disposition. He got us though the process with minimal repercussions and worked all the way through expungement. Excellent follow up and helped my son learn a valuable life lesson. He really cares about his clients.
A mutual acquaintance suggested we contact Todd for a legal matter. He was very knowledgeable, patient and made sure we understood the legal process. He personalized our case and worked to the best possible outcome. He is very thorough and made time for all questions we had. We highly recommend his services.
I was charged with a dui in summer of 2021 and had an ongoing case with the offense through the later months. Todd managed to work hard, and fought through the case to bring me to a dismissal. Its beyond me to explain how GREAT of a lawyer this man is and the level of expertise he brings to the table is just what you might need. By keeping a professional pace to his work and making sure you get the best case scenario with the cards in which you have been dealt. I can't express my gratitude enough for how great of a man he is as well as a lawyer. I can only say that if you are in some trouble you want him in your corner.
For the past 16 months Todd did everything he could to represent me. He was so good with explaining everything to me and making sure I knew not to worry about the process. With COVID guidelines it made things get drawn out but the outcome was the best it could ever be and I will be forever grateful that I chose him to be my lawyer.
Todd was great from the time I sat down for the initial consult... he asked the details of my situation and proceeded to give me my options... I made the decision to hire right then. He even helped me out with payment options... once he accepted the case and got started I was informed of any new details in the case throughout the process. He was very professional, I’m thankful for his services and would recommend Todd Laneve for his 5⭐️ Service
I hired Mr. Laneve to handle a matter for me. He was very professional and patient. And given the coronavirus situation it was a quite protracted situation but again he was very patient, easy to contact, and very informative.I would definitely use him again for any matter.
Todd worked with me on my case for about 4 years from when I first reached out to him all the way until I was granted an expungement because of his help. He helped me overcome a very difficult event in my life and guided me through the ins and outs of my situation. He was always patient with me and always answered my questions. He is clearly very knowledgeable about the law and more than willing to help you. I would highly recommend him for anyone searching for an attorney. Choosing Todd was truly one of the best decisions I ever made.
I have been working with Mr. Neve for almost a year and he has certainly been very informative about my case. He always kept me well informed and gave me the best possible advice. Very knowledgeable about the law. I would recommend him to anyone having any criminal or personal injury cases.

I cannot say enough about Mr. La Neve. He has been a savior when I really needed one. I was arrested for suspicion of DUI in Oklahoma and failed to report to the FAA properly.
