Brett is an associate attorney with the law firm of Hallock & Hallock, a professional corporation. He advises clients in the areas of estate planning and business formation planning.  Brett believes in taking a straight-forward and honest approach to serving clients and works hard to balance their wants and needs. He focuses on staying current with changes and trends to better help his clients invest in and prepare for the future by navigating through the intricacies of the legal system.  Brett was born and raised in River Heights, Utah where his family is known for their beautiful trees and famous Zollinger apple cider. He received degrees in both Economics and Political Science from Utah State University in 2010 and then in 2013 received a law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.  After graduating from law school, Brett returned to Logan in order to join Hallock & Hallock. He is licensed to practice before state and federal courts in Utah. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Northern Utah. When Brett is not working he enjoys spending time and eating food with family and friends. He likes to stay active by forcing himself to run and by constantly working on his golf game. Brett is an avid sports fan and cheers for the Atlanta Braves, the Utah Jazz, and Utah State University athletics. He is also an aspiring artist and carpenter.
