When he sent me the draft, it contained many statements I did not want put into writing. I asked again why it could not have been kept simple. His assistant understood me and sent me the statement written exactly as I had originally asked. I signed it and it was filed. But Mr. Engel charged me $500 for the draft of the longer document. In other words he misled me into thinking I needed this longer document, and only after he wrote it did I find out it had not been necessary. I wrote him a letter of complaint about this, asked him to rectify the situation, but he never responded. So I was charged $500 for a one-paragraph document.
