Since it was mostly emotional abuse, it was very hard to get the facts known. I ended up with full custody and sole decision making of my 2 children and extremely limited visitation with their father. Absolute worst possible experience with this law firm. They sent a different lawyer to our court date and didn't tell us until he showed up. He had no knowledge on our case. Billing was ridiculous. Due to screwing our case up entirely, Todd himself told us there would be no cost for him to fix his mess up. Not only did the other side get what they wanted.. They were COMPLETELY in the wrong.. With complete confidence before our court date that we would win, the other attorney Daniel that works for him, was awful in court. He didn't use all the evidence that was given to him.. He managed to leave out the most important details.. I have literally met with the attorney twice! I hired him 8 months ago. We have to go through the paralegal for everything. The whole firm fails to take us serious. Telling us it would be a bad idea to go back to court, unless we paid another full retainer...
