She took all our information, she gave us a plan of action, I faxed more information & then the communication began to become distant. Then approximately 14 months later I could not get a response via phone or email. Then this year when we did not receive our tax return, I called the IRS & was told there was not activity on our account in over a year. One week later we received letters to levy from the IRS. I tried contacting her through the only phone number I had or could find via internet. Emailed her numerous times with no response or 'failed' returned email, even tried FaceBook to contact her.
