My husband passed away and I was not in any shape to cope with the bankruptcy. She gave me time to grieve. When things looked like I was getting sued` Tina gave me the push and help that I needed. I have never met an attorney that that cared so much or was so patient. I highly recommend her and I will use her again if I need an attorney.
Tina worked hard and diligent for me in my case . Would highly recommend her for someone need legal advice/ representation.
Tina Montoya is a very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and a caring lawyer. She took my case and started working on it immediately. She listened to my wishes and advised me on every detail of my case for my divorce, custody, and child support. She fought for me and my daughter when it came to my divorce due to domestic violence. She was willing to negotiate to save me money, rather than going to court for every issue. I have recommended her to several people and will continue to in the future.
Tina has helped me with a on going custody case of 2 years. She is wonderful. She pays attention to detail, gives realistic expectations, and truly cares about what is best for the child and for you . If you need someone who cares, listens, and will fight for what’s right. She truly has you and your child’s best interest at heart. She will work hard for you. Would recommend her to anyone needing help in a family case / or any other legal situations .
"Tina was rather busy at the time I contacted her for a consultation. She politely referred me to another lawyer, but I literally begged her to meet with me. I explained that I'd already decided that she was the only person I wanted to represent me in my divorce, which was 5 years overdue at the time. I had poured over all of her reviews, and my gut told me that she just wasn't the stereotypical lawyer we always hear about. Something was different about Tina. When I met with her and discussed the details of my case, she was very quick to inform me of my rights regarding inheritance and separate property, half of which my ex-husband thought he was entitled. Retainer paid on the spot, and so the process began. It took over a year from start to finish due not only to normal processing time, but that the house had to be sold after needing major repairs, and the other party wasn't exactly willing to cooperate, making things difficult at every turn. Throughout it all, Tina's communication with me was always prompt, informative, reasonable, reassuring, empathetic and honest. All around a pleasure to work with, being my first time hiring an attorney. If you're the opposing party and not represented by Tina, DO NOT skip "lawyering up" (free legal advice hotlines don't count!) because this lady absolutely knows the law and is a beast at trial! Truly something to behold. In the end, Tina helped me get what I wanted, which was a long-overdue divorce, and what I was entitled to by law, which was reimbursement for my separate property monies and half the remaining proceeds of the house sale. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome, and feel like I've made a friend for life."
Tina Hall Montoya is my divorce attorney. I had researched attorney's for 6 months prior to selecting Mrs. Montoya! Some attorney's had free consultations, some consults I had to pay a fee. I found Mrs. Tina on my Google search. I read all about her beliefs, her education, knowledge, as well as, her years of experience. Mrs. Tina Hall Montoya never let me down. Tina Montoya went to bat for me every time. This review only allows 5 stars, however, I believe she deserves 10 stars. I have sent many of my friends to Mrs. Tina for representation, and I will continue to do just that. Tina Hall Montoya is worth every penny!! I don't say that about just anyone!!
Tina is the best representation of an attorney! I was pulled into court for custody, and I had no intentions of putting up a fight. She sympathized with my plight, and had compassion for my son. She stood up for my son and I, and took my son's father and attorney to the plate. All I could do was smile, because she satisfied EVERY want and need for my son. My son's father and his attorney were not prepared for the knowledge and discipline that Tina had instore for them in court. I "will" recommend her to everyone that has any child support or custody issues.
I can’t say enough good things about Tina Hall. She answered what ever questions I had & was very informative. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who may be looking for a lawyer.
Getting divorced was a painful process, but Ms. Hall made it as bearable as possible. Her foresight was always spot on, so I felt fully prepared and informed. She was able to help me navigate all the different aspects that affect the proceedings with ease. Her poise and professionalism in the courtroom was an asset. She is a both a good lawyer and a good person.
My husband and I are going through a custody battle for my step-children. Our original attorney was not informative about anything going on, nor did we ever get any positive results. We ended up letting that attorney go, and were referred to Tina by R.B. Pool (another excellent attorney). I cannot explain to you the relief we felt the first day we had a consultation with Tina. After just sitting down and talking to her, we could tell that she knew EXACTLY what she was doing, and she explained everything in terms we could understand. When there was evidence of mental and physical abuse, Tina IMMEDIATELY filed an emergency order. Her and her assistant stayed at the office until 8pm working on this the night before court. Although the judge denied "primary custody," Tina managed to get us extended possession which ultimately (in our particular case) gives us the same if not more time than primary would have. I don't even think the other side realized just how big we won until after the fact. It is not just her skill in her profession that makes her amazing, it is the kind of person she is. She is beyond compassionate, she is invested; and her tactful demeanor sets her apart from any other attorney I have ever seen. We are so thankful for Tina and all she has done for our family. She is truly a blessing!
