Lawsuits are, in the simplest terms, disputes involving people or businesses.  A courtroom is where these disputes are decided. When you have a dispute, either with an individual or a corporation, you want someone who will fight for you in the courtroom. You want someone with experience who knows all the rules and knows how to take advantage of those rules. You want someone who can tell your story and convince the judge and jury that you are in the right and deserve to win, and your opponent is wrong and deserves to lose. Most of all, you want justice.That’s where I come in. I have over 25-years of experience litigating lawsuits in state and federal courts.
