I cannot begin to express my deep appreciation and satisfaction for the assistance I received from McFarlin. I reached out to them last year for help with my first mortgage. BofA had increased my interest rate by double, which in turn increased my mortgage to an unaffordable amount. BofA later agreed to modify my loan and transferred my loan to a different servicer (BSI Finacial). Once BSI assumed my loan, they told me they would not accept BofA's modification. They immediately stopped accepting my payments and tried to begin the foreclosure process on my home. I sought the help of McFarlin and they immediately stopped the bank from the foreclosure process. They worked with BSI and ultimately got my loan modified. They were also able to help me settle my second loan and saved me several thousands of dollars.
