About
I was born and raised in Grants Pass, Oregon, and attended Grants Pass High School from 1991-1995 where I was a standout athlete in football, basketball, and track. I graduated from GPHS with Honors in 1995. I then attended Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon in 1995-1996. While at Linfield, I played basketball for the college and focused my studies on Chemistry. I then attended Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon from 1996-1999, where I played college football and basketball. My 1998-1999 college basketball team ranked second in the nation during the season, won the Conference Championship, and played in the National Tournament. While attending SOU, I worked weekends and summers at a plywood mill in Grants Pass (Stone Forest, later U.S. Forest Products). I graduated with Honors from SOU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology in 1999. I began working at Roy Dwyer’s personal injury firm as a law clerk in the fall of 1999, where I continued working throughout law school. I attended the University of Oregon School of Law from 2000-2003. While there, I was active in my role as student liaison for the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and worked for Lane County Legal Aid representing low-income clients in civil disputes. I graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2003, and was admitted to the Oregon State Bar the same year. I now focus my statewide law practice on personal injury litigation, and I'm the primary litigation attorney for the firm. I live in Bend, Oregon with my wife and two daughters. Aside from spending time with my family, I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, golfing, fishing, hunting, wakeboarding, and playing basketball. I particularly enjoy snowboarding on Mt. Bachelor. Moreover, I also volunteer my time to help the less fortunate in the community, including several Rotary projects, and also serving on the board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Oregon.

My first impression of Mr. Williams was that he is very well-groomed, courteous and not bad looking. I also quickly learned that he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the law and how to utilize that to my best interest. During each conversation I was always treated with the utmost respect and received many genuine requests regarding both my physical and emotional well being; which made me feel like he really cared for me like as a real person and I was not just another client. I greatly appreciate EVERYTHING Mr. Williams did for me in my case during these past five years. He was so thorough and organized! He was always willing to do whatever I wanted him to do. I never felt rushed to just settle my case with him!!! That was really important to me. He always helped me understand his frame of mind and his reasoning's and options that I had to choose from. I am satisfied with the outcome and am happy it is all over with but will kinda miss Mr. Williams. I consider him a very professional and trustworthy lawyer and I would refer anyone in need to him!!!
Tim Williams, from the moment I met was a man I instantly liked. I was gravitated to his black-and-white attitude. Sugarcoating nothing. It was a stressful situation and he made it as bearable as possible. Making himself available to me and any questions I might have. (Even over a couple of weekends.) Tim is a straight shooter and let me know what I could realistically expect. And he was right on with everything he told me. He could not have prepared me any better. He was insightful and seemed to genuinely care about the outcome, and most importantly my well being. He may be a young buck but he certainly knows the laws. If I ever need an attorney and if it does not even pertain to the line of work that Mr. Williams does I will still go to him for guidance . I have nothing but complete faith that he would put me in the right direction. I hold him in extremely in high regards. He is an asset not only to his family, and law firm, he is a huge asset to our community and I am honored to have met him, even if not under the best circumstances. I look forward to seeing where Mr. Williams career and future take him.
