He did not complete any task in a timely matter. The courts sent me notifications several times because "I" had failed to do what the courts needed. I had a sheriff contact me for the courts. When I explained that I hired an attorney, the reply I got was, "that's your problem". I called a second attorney explaining the situation and asking for him to take over the estate and get things back on track. The second attorney took information and contacted John Wagner. Amazing how Wagner got things done. Wagner had the attitude that I didn't know anything. I would never recommend him.
