Timothy Uhrich is an amazing lawyer. I used him on a custody case back in 09. He helped me so much by winning custody of a child who wasn't even biologically mine. He also saw me (and the child he helped me win custody of) in court filling a PFA on her abusive grandmother. He took the time out of his busy day to help me, when I didn't even ask for it!! I'm truly stunned at the negative reviews. He went above and beyond for me and an innocent girl who was able to lead and normal life thanks to his hardwork!! My family and I will forever be grateful for him!!

WARNING: If you value your children, your assets and your time, stay clear from Tim Uhrich! His understanding of current law is skewed and lied throughout my case. He had my case for two years while postponing multiple trials that didn’t have to happen. He likes to keep the meter running and would always say the judge is working outside of the law or the judges decision are not rooted in law. Unfortunately, he doesn’t remember much, doesn’t respond. Mr. Uhrich has done two of my pfa cases and lost both of them for me. The first one was dropped due to Mr. Uhrich feeling out the paper work wrong and the second one was dismissed also cause of lack Mr uhrich defending me like he said he would. But yet he had no problem excepting the massive of amounts of money he charged me for not one but two dropped cases.

I hired this lawyer to help me fix my custody order he charged me $1000.00 told me he knew The attorney that represented the mother and would get it all straitened out he never called me back or fulfill his promise. I left him a voicemail 6 months later asking for a refund so I can get a New attorney he sent me a statement in the mail charging me for 15 phone consultation and other fees to makeup for the $1000.00 he got up front knowing I can't prove it wrong....
