About
As a 1983 Graduate of Anderson (College) University and a 1987 graduate of Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, Tim has been practicing law for over 31 years. In college, he spent two summers in Washington, DC as a congressional intern and one term interning in the Indiana Senate. As a young attorney, he had the privilege of working on Indiana Pacer player contracts and other items for Market Square Arena. He spent time in Las Vegas as the lead PPV-TV attorney for the Buster Douglas-Evander Holyfield fight and in Los Angeles for a Tommy Hearns title fight. Missing home, Tim returned back home to Indiana to be president of one minor league sports franchise and consult on multiple other sports projects here in Indiana and across the United States. Eventually settling his practice in Westfield over 20 years ago, Tim takes great pride in fighting for children.

I hired Tim Stoesz to represent me in my divorce case. That was a big mistake which costs me a lot. This lawyer starts avoiding me right after I paid the retainer. He won't return calls or emails. Expect huge delays and much frustration while dealing with him. When you confront him with facts, he becomes irritated easily and acts rudely. His reasoning for avoiding his clients is to keep the costs down, which is not true. Regardless, he will know little about your case and you will loose big throughout the process. If you need true representation I suggest that you find someone else. Good luck!
