Tim Mauser was referred to me by my accountant...since I retained him he left the firm he was with, is completely unresponsive to dozens of phone calls..has done little or nothing for a period of months..my IRS problems have gotten worse..not better...my college student sons' account was seized months ago with assurances he would get it back....months have gone by with one....one ...returned phone call..this guy either really just doesn't care or is way too busy to take on more cases...I had to make an unannounced visit to his office to get him to return my phone call...days later..I put my life and my familys' future in this guys' hands and feel I've got less than nothing back...we're talking months here..not a few days..if all lawyers are like this then I can understand why everyone hates them...
