I practice in the areas of commercial, labor and employment, eminent domain, and class action litigation. i have successfully represented clients in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes. I have successfully defended class actions in Wisconsin, Washington, and California. I have handled a wide variety of employment law claims including age, sex, race, and disability discrimination cases. I have obtained numerous summary judgments in discrimination cases on behalf of employers.
