I have Used Duffy many times. Hes is the BEST in the State. Never ever Done me wrong ever!!

I was a client of Duffy's. I received horrible advice, he did not write up anything on my behalf my wife's attorney had to draft all documents. I was unable to see my children for 12 weeks. My wife's attorney assured her he was lazy would do the absolute minimum and unfortunately he was correct. Duffy also refused to listen, and rudely interrupted every time I tried to explain anything, he was very unprofessional and he absolutely had no empathy and showed zero care for my situation, the only concern he had was for his unearned bill.

Mr. Duffy did not represent me at all. Has no real understanding of criminal law. I paid $5,000 to him and he basically almost caused me to go to prison. There were just so many mis-communications or really no communication at all.

No initial Contract. Wrote initial retainer receipt for wrong matter. Later found out he charged to speak with members of his staff. Staff lost or misplaced materials submitted. Went on vacation. Did not inform me of who would stand in for him at Court on matter concerning me. Did not handle Mediation competently. Did not respond to requests to do things or offer any explanation of why he could not. Did not keep me informed or represent me very well or at all. He did not listen and was generally not responsive to my legal needs.

The worst divorce attorney ever. You can go to court and give everything away on your own. Does not fight for the men. He's a real pos. Before I got married I had a home,pension & 401k and wife had nothing now ex has home,pension & 401k. He charged $250.00 per hr. But not worth $25.00.
