I first found Tim because of a business issue I had and when I did some online research regarding the issue, Tim popped up as one of the only attorney in Illinois that new the ins and outs of UCC regulations, and he was the only one that had published opinions on the matter. Because of the issues that I had, my business (and myself personally) had to file for bankruptcy.
