My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and finding it more and more difficult to work. the Cuddigan's, Ms. Doeden and other staff members explained, in understandable terms, what each step of the application process consisted of. At a time when we were concerned about what was going to occur when she was no longer able to work, they gave us certainty in the form of a Social Security disability income and in 29 months will have Medicare insurance. Thank you Cuddigan Law Offices!
Outstanding support and assistance. Sean and his team provided exactly the support I needed in my VA disability appeal. Would highly recommend this firm if you need the help. Reach out them.
I watched some videos that were explaining the process of filing for Veterans disability. Sean Cuddigan was the Attorney who explained the process. I made a very good decision when I called the firm and asked for help. Sean and his team were able to get me exactly what I needed. Thank You for all your help. 5 Stars for sure.
CUDDIGAN Sean took the time to listen to my situation thoroughly before being completely candid regarding the long and complicated road ahead of me when I filed for disability. I felt prepared and informed every step of the way and his staff was only a phone call away with prompt, courteous answers to all of my questions. At my trial, Tim exhibited the preparedness, confidence and professionalism that only an experienced attorney can provide which resulted in winning my case. He called me personally to inform me of the outcome and patiently explained what I could expect going forward. I highly recommend Cuddigan Law and I am grateful for their dedication to my case.
Several years ago, I filed a claim with the VA that was denied because I had not included proof that I was currently receiving treatment for the issue. I did not follow through with providing the requested documentation. I decided to revisit the issue about 6 months ago. I decided to use Cuddigan Law after find them online. An assistant contacted me and asked me lots of questions about existing issues that might have been related to my service in the Air Force. Then, I spoke with Sean Cuddigan. He not only submitted me for the original issue, but he recommended that I file for a couple of other health issues that I had not even considered. His office handled pretty much everything for me. All I had to do was fill out some paperwork and help get medical records. Two of the claims he submitted were approved within 6 months. His office did an excellent and thorough job resulting in an outstanding result for me and my family. I highly recommend that you consider using his office if you think you have an ongoing health issue in any way related to your military service. Because of a change in VA regulations around the time that he submitted my claim, he was actually not eligible to receive any compensation for doing the work on my claim. My wife and I thought it was appropriate to pay him because his work resulted in such a good result for us, but he refused any payment from us. I even offered to send him a "tip" for his work, but he said he would not be able to sleep at night if we did so. His ethics are impeccable and we highly recommend Cuddigan Law for your VA claim!
I am so glad I inquired to Sean and company on my SSD claim. Sean and his staff were so informative, efficient, caring and knowledgeable. Sean and the whole crew were very courteous and patient. Sean listened and understood my situation. He gave an accurate and truthful assessment of my case. Their work behind the scenes must have been exceptional and persuasive as I have been approved in a very surprisingly short time. Thanks again Sean and Cuddigan Law. I will definitely share my appreciation and preference for Cuddigan Law to everyone.
Thanks to you and your friendly staff I was able to get my Social Security Benefits in a very short period of time (within 60-90 days). You and your team was very professional and very knowledgeable. I am so glad that God blessed me and gave me the foresight to pick you and your firm to work on my behalf for my SSB. I feel human again and there is now hopefulness where there was once hopelessness in my life. Thank you again and may God bless you always.
Thank you so much for your recent help in obtaining my disability. Your office was very efficient in doing this and I felt that you do care about people, your clients, and helping them. I appreciate it very much and will refer people to you if they are in need of help with this matter. Thank you again for your assistance!
I would recommend this firm to anyone struggling with the process of Social Security. They listen and provide clear concise information throughout the entire process. I appreciate the attention to detail provided. Don't bother with the rest when you can be represented by the best.
To all the veterans trying to file a claim with the VA.,and or have been jammed in the process in the gigantic VA bureaucracy: do not give up, Never give up!, but honestly and unfortunately the VA makes so hard for us to get the VA benefits we deserve, so do not be alone on this and get the help of a professional Board Certify Attorney like Sean Cuddigan and his team of professional staff to assist you. They have really helped me stay the course, and most importantly, I have finally seen my appeals, claims, and ratings move along the system in prompt and positive way. I was bumped from 20% to 90% in a matter of months and its not over yet, our goal is 100%. Sean my family and I are very grateful with you and your staff.
