He also defended a major telecom against claims of securities fraud, and successfully sued Genzyme and other pharmaceutical manufacturers under IP, antitrust, securities and other causes of action. I have hired and worked as a paralegal for many lawyers throughout my career. Mr Cornell is one of the few I have trusted with my life. His work ethic and demeanor are exemplary and you can rarely say that about many in this arena. He has stuck with our case despite the many challenges and obstacles we have encountered. At this point, there is no one else I would trust with our case, but Mr Cornell. His background in journalism also helps not only in dealing with the many aspects of a case but in writing his complaints, briefs or any legal documents. I would recommend him highly.
