When I reached out to Timothy M Barnes after court, he charged me $650 to finish my eviction and he charged me more than double for a process server. The average cost is $70 and he charged me $150. Timothy M Barnes took advantage of me because he knew the situation I was in. I would not use Tim to handle any issues I have in the future. Note: Tim is no longer at Guthrie & Brady, however, Guthrie & Brady law firm did reimburse me $150 for the eviction but did stand on the $150 charge for the process server.
