We hired Tim to clean up a mess our previous lawyer got us in during trial litigation. Tim appealed for us when mom tried to remove custody rights. He coached us through the whole process and was responsive. Although, we had some ridiculous temporary orders based on hearsay, Tim reminded us that it was only temporary and calmed a lot of nerves. He helped us during our GAL process being a former GAL himself. We got everything overturned and mom had to sign off on what we were asking. To date, he’s the only lawyer that really has fought for us!
Timothy Morris helped me through my post decree. My original divorce lawyer won the case but didn’t really help me. I wouldn’t have known this until my case was re-opened with Mr. Morris. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time and effort on my case and kept me informed along the way. He secretary Tiffany Ranley was also extremely helpful. She sent all my judgements via email for my records. He kept prices to a minimum. He showed up on time and advised me through the things I didn’t know. He listened and asked me what I wanted to do before proceeding. I would recommend him to any one. He is fair and honest. He doesn’t make you feel judged and doesn’t disrespect the other client. Instead he uses knowledge and law to prove the other clients moral ineptitude. He made me feel comfortable and gave me piece of mind. I never felt like he just wanted my money. He kept my children’s best interest in mind when dealing with my case. He’s awesome and I can’t thank them enough.
Mr. Morris did an excellent job representing me through my divorce, and he provided advice after it was finalized. I would recommend him to everyone I know for any family court matters.
