We hired Tiffany to transfer a 21 acre tract of land. It was a pretty difficult conveyance because I own the lot jointly with some siblings. She also did a small title search for me on a piece of property that I bought in Pikeville NC. When it comes to real estate this girl knows her stuff lol. What I appreciate the most was her honesty. She does not over charge clients!!! She informed me that she had a duty to save clients money and that is exactly what she did. Thank you Tiffany!!!!!!! Only down fall is that she is a Washington Redskins fan! Hahahahaha
I felt compelled to come to this site to leave a review for Ms. Lawson. Ms. Lawson did a simply cash real estate closing for me and a simple deed transfer of a tract of land from my father to myself. It was the most pleasant experience. She kept me informed during the entire process. The closing was extremely FUN! Yes I said FUN! I didn't feel that I was in a stuck up attorneys office but someone who actually cared, was down to earth, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. This young lady will go far. I will definitely be back to Dees Law Office to visit Ms. Lawson
