Bankruptcy is never a fun thing thing to deal with, and on top of that, add in all the paperwork steps that have to be taken to do it properly, it's downright overwhelming. Tiffany was incredibly patient with us and walked us through everything, providing clear instructions. Each email correspondence listed out in bullet form exactly what was needed and when, so we were never left wondering if we'd misunderstood something or were doubling our efforts. She was also incredible with reminders and follow up, so even when we'd forget something, she'd contact us a couple days before an important date to remind us of what was needed. I can't even begin to express how helpful this is. Other lawyers I've dealt with (for other needs), have pretty much just sat back and did the minimum to command their fees. Not Tiffany. On the court date, there were technical difficulties and we were delayed for around two hours. Tiffany, my husband and I sat there and talked the entire time and weirdly enough the time went by quickly for us. She's not only technically capable of performing her job, she is also personable and puts you at ease, which is a definite plus given the circumstances. Additionally, as we watched others talk to the court trustee on their cases, she'd explain what the different questions were asking for, what certain items discussed or referenced meant, so that we wouldn't be confused when it was our turn. At every step of this process, from beginning to end, I was never out of the loop and never confused of what was expected of me, and thanks to her, I was at ease through it all. That is an invaluable thing during bankruptcy.

If your fighting for custody don't get Tiffany Carter she gets scared once the fight is on. But by then you have all ready paid her so now your stuck. She's also not good with paper work. I was working a minimum wage job and end up paying $889 in child support because she didn't look over my paper work. This lady will not help you fight at all she freezes up and act like she forgot every thing she learned in law school. Also my paper work look as if I had did it my self. She's not good with making you look good on paper work or representing you in court. Tiffany Carter does not know her stuff. Not to mention I lost my case because she missed my court date..,.
