Tiffani L. McDonough is an attorney in the Labor Relations & Employment Law Department of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP where she represents employers on a national basis in all aspects of labor and employment law. Ms. McDonough also routinely counsels employers in human resources matters, such as family medical leave issues, disability accommodation issues, wage and hour compliance, noncompetition agreements, and the creation and implementation of workplace policies. Ms. McDonough has authored numerous articles, book chapters and educational materials in the area of labor and employment law and regularly lectures on employment law issues. She is the Editor and Author of HRLegalist, an online resource on the latest developments and trends in labor and employment law as well as analysis and commentary regarding best practices for employers. She is also a writer for The Legal Intelligencer’s General Counsel Column. Ms. McDonough earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review. She earned her B.S. in Biology, B.A. in Psychology and minor in Classical Studies (Latin) from Villanova University.
