Tom Tierney practices in the areas of civil, commercial, employment, real estate, and probate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tierney practiced at two prominent litigation boutique firms in San Diego, California. He then became a partner of the Firm in 2003. Mr. Tierney is the president of the Rossway Swan Tierney Barry Lacey & Oliver Foundation which provides technological grants to qualifying charities.
