Choosing an attorney or lawyer is very stressful, at least it was for me. It's bad enough you have had an encounter with the law. I had no idea how to hire the RIGHT lawyer, I needed someone who was actually going to fight FOR my loved one, someone who was not in it just for the money, someone I felt I could trust to fight for justice and that is exactly what I got when I hired Mr. Bell Seriously, I hired Mr. Tom Bell to represent my 15 year old child who was arrested in Duval county, direct filed on by the state of Florida,thrown into the adult jail, charged with 5 felony charges and possibly facing" life in prison". We thought his life was over as we knew it ,and It would have been if it wasn't for Tom Bell's dedication, hard work,knowledge of the law and genuinely caring about seeking justice for his client. This man went straight to work and was dedicated to the case in every aspect. Don't expect him to be friendly, he's all about fighting for his client so he doesn't have a very personal bedside manner, that's o.k My case lasted unfortunately over 2 years and I had to learn to suck it up ,pay the man and let him do his Job and you will get justice!! Over the past couple of month I've been trying to gain approval to take part in my little girls wish to sail with her along with the family. She is a special needs child that was granted her wish by the Make A Wish Foundation. I've made my request and followed all that was instructed of me to fulfill the mission only to find out two weeks out from departure that I was not granted approval to travel out of my district. I've pleaded with my PO to help me find any option to make this possible. A personal request to my prosecution judge might help, but the turn around may be well over a month was what I was sadly informed. I reached out to Mr. Bell for help with less then a week now till departure. Hope was dwindling as days seemed short of light. He gave no promise but assured me he will do his best to help. Days short of departure he calls me to his office to pick up legal document for I've been granted to travel and join my little girl and family... No words can describe the gratitude we will always have him. I highly recommend Mr. Bell.

Mr. Bell kept me informed at all times and stuck by me through thick and thin. If ever I needed legal representation again I would call for Mr. Bell to lead me through the legal process.
