His business model seems to be the "upsell" of legal services, rather than basic consultative, i.e. direct question and answer, information. We tried to get prompt call backs, but had no luck after bringing this issue to his staff's, and his, attention. We do not believe we were served well by Mr. Mckenzie in regard to reviewing our family's estate.
