Well, I'll write one anyway because I hope it will help someone. Mr. Stutzman touted his "vast experience" in the valley as a reason to have him represent me. I, unfortunately, trusted him and was impressed by that. I walked away with a $68k+ bill from Stutzman and it was a very simple divorce! Meaning: no kids, house was sold early on and personal property settled early on between my now-ex and I. It ended up taking over 2 years to get divorced!! All we had to settle was potential alimony and my 401k that my ex wanted. Stutzman dragged this on, was unprepared during our court meetings and didn't seem to understand the law. At one point, I thought the judge was going to decide the I should pay my ex's legal fees because Stutzman was so negligent in his preparation. I walked away with a $68k bill, no alimony and barely keeping my 401k intact. Do yourself a favor and RUN!!!
